I agree to prepay for the following month to attend any/all of Dr. Sophia Caudle’s Community Consultations.

If there are five Wednesdays in a month, I understand that we will not meet. This fee is for four community consultations.

I understand that there will be other people in this meeting, and I will not have a private meeting with Dr. Sophia, rather this is an opportunity for community sharing and learning together. If I want a private meeting with Dr. Sophia, it is my responsibility to contact her via email at sophia@queencityhealthysex.com.

I understand that it is my responsibility to cancel my subscription utilizing the directions in this agreement if I choose; I can not contact Dr. Sophia to cancel, and I can cancel at any time.

I understand that if I pay for sessions, and do not enter the meeting on time, Dr. Sophia has the right to close the meeting if no one is in the meeting by 1:15pm EST. It is my responsibility to come to the community consults on time and also come in with content to discuss.

I understand that this meeting is not a class nor is it Dr. Sophia’s responsibility to prepare a lesson for each meeting.
